WALDORF SALAD

3 cups cubed apples

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 cup miniature marshmallows

1 cup sliced celery

¼ cup chopped pecans
Sprinkle apples with lemon juice. Add marshmallows, celery, nuts, and enough mayonnaise to moisten. Toss lightly. Serve on lettuce. Makes 4-6 servings
