| Strawberry-Cheese Ring |
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese dash cayenne pepper
1 c. chopped pecans
dash black pepper
1 c. mayo
strawberry preserves
1 small onion chopped fine
Mix cheese, nuts, mayo, onion and peppers. Fill ring mold and refrigerate 1 hour.
Unmold and fill center with preserves.
